About Terms & Conditions

Over consideration of the advance payment made by (service receiving organisation) to Messrs. “Multi Dimension,” Rupees (remitted amount), the below mentioned Maintenance Agreement will come into effect for one year from (entering date) to (expiry date) for (mentioned equipment) installed at (site address).

 

1.      This agreement would deemed to be valid if "mentioned product" is in perfect working condition before the agreement becomes effective and the user/owner agrees to pay us the necessary charges in the first instance for rendering the equipment in perfect working order.

 

2.      During the contract period if any component/part (excluding printer head, display module, CRT/LSI, Plastic keyboards, electronic cards, ………………………………………………………………, necessitates replacement as a result of normal usage/wear and tear, such repairs or replacement would be made by us. However to and fro freight charges will have to be borne by the user, if it would be necessary to bring the equipment at our service workshop for repairs.

 

3.      No consumable items, Plastic Parts and ……………………… are covered in our service agreement.

 

4.      It is the responsibility of the user/owner to attend and rectify all the defects in electrical wiring and/or fluctuation of power supply. Our contract does not cover any machinery defects arisen due to such defects or malfunctioning in the main supply systems.

 

5.      The user/owner reports us immediately if the machine under contract is not working properly at any working hours during the period of contract.

 

6.      This contract does not cover any software or software related problems.

 

7.      We do effort to render prompt services but we would not be liable for any loss, direct, indirect, or incidental, arising out of delay in rendering service or due to any reasons whatsoever.

 

8.      Our liability do not include a complaint if we find that the same has arisen out of mishandling of the equipment, usage of inferior quality consumables by the user/owner and/or any attempt to repair/replace it by anyone other than us.

 

9.      The user/owner accepts our decision as binding and final in the meaning and methods those we employ for the repair/service work under consideration.

 

10.   All disputes are subject to the appropriate Jurisdiction in Kolkata.

      Kindly fill in, sign and return one copy of the agreement along with your remittance by "A/C. Payee Cheque/Demand Draft" issued in favour of ‘MULTI DIMENSION’.
